Shipping policy
Where we deliver: We ship to all EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping costs (per order, tracked):
- Germany and the Netherlands: free
- Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain: €4.95
- Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania and Sweden: €7.95
- Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland: €9.95
- United Kingdom: €7.95
- United States: €7.95 for orders up to 0.6 kg, €12.95 up to 1.5 kg, €19.95 above 1.5 kg (calculated automatically at checkout)
Import duty and taxes: Orders ship from our partner warehouse outside the EU. For Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, import duty is already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland, import VAT and the carrier's handling fee are collected by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the customer. For other destinations, including the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–11 days to Germany, 8–18 days to Austria and the Netherlands, and 10–20 days to all other destinations. For delivery before Christmas, please order by 8 December (Germany), 1 December (Austria and the Netherlands) or 25 November (all other destinations).
