Shipping policy

Where we deliver: We ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Egypt. Shipping is free on every order to Germany, the Netherlands and Egypt. Shipping to Austria costs €4.95 per order.

Where orders ship from: Orders ship from our partner warehouse outside the EU. For Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, import duty is already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–11 days to Germany and 8–18 days to Austria and the Netherlands. For delivery before Christmas, please order by 8 December (Germany) or 1 December (Austria and the Netherlands).

Orders to Egypt: delivery usually takes 12–50 days by standard international post. Import duties and taxes are not included for Egypt; if your parcel is inspected by Egyptian customs, any duties or taxes are paid by the recipient. Tracking may be limited once the parcel arrives in Egypt.
